That’s great; it’s good to see companies getting all their staff skilled up. Each staff member needs to enrol using the link contained in the course description in the Calendar section of this website. Certificates are awarded to the individual, not to the company or business as a group.

Please let Kel know on 0458 701482 or kelvin@trainupnow.com.au as soon as possible. He will move your booking to another date.

USI stands for Unique Student Identifier and was initiated by the Australia Government in 2015 for all accredited training across the country. You can setup or retrieve your USI number from: www.usi.gov.au

Once you create a USI number (a few minutes), keep it handy, ideally in your phone, because all accredited training requires a USI number. The key data used when adding your USI number to the course you are undertaking is: Date of birth, legal name (no nicknames) and the correct USI number (10 characters).

The government department would initially sent you an email, so start there. Next, go to www.usi.gov.au and select “Forgotten USI” on lower half of the home page.
